To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my roll at Ibstock, my colleagues are all lovely, welcoming and helpful as is my training provider mentor. I like having a variety of tasks to do in my day to day work.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Developed people and communication skills, learnt how different systems work to process invoices and create PO numbers
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very organised, my tutor plans our meetings a month in advance and i am offered a face to face appointment or remote. My managers and colleagues at Ibstock are very helpful and always offer support when needed and regular check ins.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A great deal of support daily! Catch ups are always booked in and if there is anything i need to query they are always on hand to help and chat.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have received a great amount of support by my training provider, always contactable if needed to support with work or any questions.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification helps me to see things on a different level and into depth more and the reasons of why certain things are done.
