A fair amount, I appreciate it's hard to attend to everyone as they teach a lot of people.

I feel its really been helping, especially when schedulling the training ive been doing in line with what I'll be doing at work.

Why?
It's an amazing place to work, with supportive and positive people. Ive learnt so much in my time here and the opportunities have been incredible
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BBC?
BE YOURSELF! In all my interviews I just relaxed and let the real me out, I didn't go into crazy detail about my experiences or qualifications. Just tried to demonstrate my passion
