I get my 6 hours of Off the Job hours, every week. It allows me to stay on top of my coursework as well as letting me shadow managers to build further understanding of the job.

I received the necessary support from my employer. When needed, the employer is able to give me constructive support to help me understand what the tasks require me to do.

I receive significant and regular support from my training provider. We do our teaching and learning every month as well as regular progress checks. As well as that, I am able to contact my training provider to ask for support.
