I feel valued and supported. They work hard to support staff with personal and professional development, and a lot of employees stay with the organisation for a long time.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to RSPCA?
We're a charity, so you're never going to be paid as you would in the corporate world, but as an organisation they value people and promote a good healthy/work-life balance.
