Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I manage a client gifting process, sourcing new suppliers and gift options for clients.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed the learning I got from the course, mainly from the reading but also some of the exercises/tasks where I had to put learnings into practice. Some of the tasks seemed less relevant and I didn't gain so much from them.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I learnt lots of new skills, and enhanced existing knowledge and skills. I am far more aware of things to be considerate about when it comes to leadership and managing, as well as general communication with colleagues and stakeholders.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The course followed a good and clear structure. The workload increased more throughout, it would have better if it had been more consistent throughout, not so busy towards the last topics.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Audley Travel were always very supportive, allowing for time to be spent as required on the course and providing their feedback and input when required for course tasks.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The support was there if required. I didn't request much support from them so didn't experience much, but when I did reach out I got the support needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Following the qualification my manager skills and communication skills have improved with wider awarEness and knowledge. I am also more self aware and considerate of my actions and how I communicate and carry out tasks.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are a number of extra-curricular activities for the various offices, including the homeworker community. They are optional so individuals don't feel they have to join.

I have worked in different roles within Audley and have loved each of them. The people in the company are great, the high service levels and incredible experiences we strive to provide client's is something everyone is proud of.

There are great opportunities at Audley to learn and develop, from working up a ladder within certain departments, to switching to new roles entirely, with the right support structure in place to help make that possible.
