Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
I support the business in prioritising and managing projects to enable realisation of strategic objectives
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
3/5
I completed the programme last year and found it enjoyable and challenging. The emphasis on self study required a shift back to an approach I had not used since university. Once back into practice, I found I was able to make the most of the programme and content

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
The skills I developed were those related to management and leadership capabilities - the skills, knowledge and approaches that are essential for becoming an effective leader.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
The programme structure and content are clearly laid out and accessible. The challenge was the volume of materials, and needing to identify which elements would be most useful, rather than trying to cover everything. My learning coach was excellent in guiding me through the programme.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
3/5
I was supported throughout with sufficient time for study.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
Support was excellent, particularly from the learning coach assigned to me for most of the programme
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
The leadership skills and techniques learned on the programme are highly useful in my role. The challenge is keeping these skills 'fresh' by identifying opportunities to regularly put them into practice so that they become a habit.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
There is plenty of opportunity to get involved in sports and social activities
