To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoyed the programme when I had the time to focus on it. This was a challenge at some points in the year.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my understanding of many aspects of management and leadership - the programme helped me understand the theory underpinning many qualities needed for leadership. In terms of new skills, the project management techniques and theories were really helpful for my role.
