Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

On a day to day basis I could be answering phones, preparing theatre list and clinic pack for the nurses for the next day. I also have to ensure that the post is taken so that prep can be delivered to the patients, One of my duties is my audits.

I have developed my communication skills whist being in this post which has increased my confidence. Another skill I have learnt is minute taking which I've had to do quite a few times.
