My role consists of managing the ins & outs of the bank on a day-to-day basis as well as reconciling each account.

The programme is very well structured and there are frequent reminders of any tasks that may have been forgotten/missed.

I recieve plenty of support from my employer, im able to ask for help whenever its needed and it is never an issue
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

In the couple of weeks i have done, i have had a good amount of support from the training provider who has showed me all the necessary things i will need to complete the programme.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have a more in depth understanding of what i do daily, as well as this i now have more of an insight into other departments day-to-day jobs that i didn't have much knowledge of.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Plenty of social activates that are planned outside of work hours. There are also mini events that happen during work hours that occur quite often.

Yes
Why?
For my first finance job i was welcomed extremely quickly and get a long with everyone in the office. Very supportive environment where development is easily available.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Ryman?
Start any apprenteships or development programmes as early as possible.
