At the start, it was not structured at all however now (6 months in) a weekly routine has been established and adhered to

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive an excellent level of support from my training provider. They schedule regular catch-ups with me and check up on my emotional and mental wellbeing. I feel like they are always looking out for me, and have my best interests at heart. Feedback after submitting assignments is also excellent!
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel like my qualification helps me perform much better in my role, as I could apply the theory and knowledge I gain in a practical context
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes - there is loads to get involved with including an apprentice community network, and various faith/belief networks. There are also monthly work socials in the basement of the office
