Estimating vehicles, ordering parts, booking in and labeling part, front of house answering the phone and face to face enquirers

The reasons for this are staff are too far stretched and overloaded with workload and do not have enough time to support Apprentices
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
