Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Allocated different projects with the aim to improve customer journey and remove pain points. I focused on collecting feedback and acting upon it along with improving the comms

My team was lively to work with, very flexible and fun. Overall it takes a bit if time to actually get things nice due to the nature of the company
