It is very well structured and organised for my needs, I need different adjustments to support me which is in place

I recieve some support from my employer, he prompts me to do my training. But I could do with a bit more support at times.

I receive lots of support from my coach, she does one to one sessions and breaks down things I dont understand for me

I dont think the payscale is right for the different positions

As it hospitality you will likely be working long hours but if you have a good team then the days can be good
