Well structured, good frequency of face to face time, ample opportunity to swap out and manage Tutor appointments. Suitably flexible to fit around my work.

Why?
Disappointed I have found this employer in the later part of my career, I wish I had been part of this team earlier. Great support, great learning, great colleagues and managers who care for me and the planet
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Compass group?
Do it, dont hesitate. Its a big company, so be prepared for some sluggishness in some areas while compliance is ensured, but beyond that, its a super company.
