Training Mandatory training to health care workers, developing and Improving in house training. Assisting healthcare workers at induction and refresher training. Promoting further development of all staff including proving information and and assisting with enrollment on to accredited qualifications.

I have learnt a lot in the 9 years working with Routes developing skills in areas of coordination, management, project management and gained levels of increased knowledge in the health and social care sector.

i did have problems with the first tutor i was assigned when i raised these concerns i was swapped and my second tutors support was brilliant.
