Handling recruitment, conducting interviews, and managing employee onboarding. maintaining employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment. Develop and implement HR policies in line with legal requirements, manage performance reviews and HR systems. Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth. Ensuring legal compliance in all HR activities.

helped me build confidence and apply the learning to real scenarios allowing me to build better relationships and showcase my abilities more effectively. The training has given me a much clearer understanding of HR practices and the reasoning behind them. I've been able to apply what I learn directly to my work The modules on employee relations and organisational behaviour, in particular, have helped me see the bigger picture of how HR supports business goals.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes we have volunteering opportunities and supporting local charities. I am often invited to HR networking events allowing me to build professional relationships.
