Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am currently on a placement working as a service delivery manager. On a day to day I deal with questions from the business find out the technical answers to questions and condense these into an understandable format for users. I also do data analysis of large data sets on excel.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the work I do and my ability to see all of the different parts of my IT department at the start of my apprenticeship to be able to see which jobs within IT I would like to do and would be suited to.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed lots of excel skills as well as core knowledge of ITIL foundation qualification.
