Highway engineer, using CAD software to produce drawings.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Work load comes in peaks and troughs which has made for a varied experience, when i have good work it is enjoyable. College side was quite hard to enjoy.

Very organised on the Motts side however the training provider hasn't been very good

Not much that i did in college was used in my everyday job

I am the Early Career Professional committee deputy Lead meaning i help organise events for networking, uni events, work experience, also do school visits etc. I also attend sports and socials events like sports day and after work activities.
