Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

It involves a variety of tasks/responsibilities that contribute to the success of the Marketing team. I engage in meetings where I collaborate with colleagues to discuss project progress, deadlines and upcoming tasks. I also have a study day once a week where I complete tasks requested from my university.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the apprenticeship because it provides me with the opportunity to learn and develop new skills in a dynamic and supportive environment. The hands-on experience and mentorship I receive allow me to grow both professionally and personally, making each day exciting and fulfilling.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many skills such as assumption busting and networking. I also developed on existing skills such as time management and effective communication.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very very well organised. I have 4 days a week on the job and one day a week university. Works really well.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive tremendous support from my employer, who is always available to provide guidance and assistance whenever I need it.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Lots of support. The provider is always happy to help out and listen if I am struggling.

It really helps, learning the theory behind the work is super engaging. It helps me bring new, innovative ideas to the team.
