Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Leading the digital education team, overseeing the trust statutory and training programme, support the use of technology in education and training, developing the use of technology/simulation, overseeing education content creation (elearning/video).
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme was enjoyable in terms of meeting and networking with colleagues from vast roles and organisations. The tutors made the learning engaging and interesting. However i did find some of the academic submissions challenging

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my leadership and management, skills and knowledge. I feel I am more confident and competent in these areas, leading to better outcomes in my day to day work.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The structure of the programme could do with some refining, having relevant study skills whilst working towards a assignment rather then after the hand in, would have been more useful. Also realigning some of the academic hand ins to better align with adult learners life's, for example hand-ins before school holidays would be better than just after.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Support from my employee was fantastic, ample study time, support and advice from my line manager and full engagement from them when required.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Support from my training provider was also great, good study support available, 1 to 1s with tutors if required. Easy access to resources and additional reading
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Very well, I feel more confident when making decisions and leading my team.
