Good work life balance. Generally feel well supported. Pay is very poor.

The early careers team do a fantastic job of organising the programme.

Lots of support is available when needed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
Training provider is supportive but less so than the employer.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
It has to a limited extent although some modules have been hard to apply at work
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
Yes, there are lots of opportunities if you want to get involved.

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend MBDA to a friend?
No
Why?
Apply if you want, after all it is a nice place to work and the programme is well organised but beware that the pay is not competitive with other degree apprenticeships.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to MBDA?
If you are not local, it might not be worth it because the pay is low which means if you aren't local, you'll spend a lot on rent or petrol which will not leave you much money each month.
