Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I am a transport planner, so i book in jobs, i arrange shipments with customers, I ensure all deliveries are tracked and i invoice and cost jobs daily. I also do compliennce for drivers and answer the phone and emails everyday.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I loved it. I get along with everyone and I always found it interesting.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I learnt how to work in transport. I had ever been able to use a map in depth and be able to build a drivers run up and now i am able to.

It was really well structured. There was never any doubts in what i was doing or struggling to get things done.

I get so much support from my employers. They always help me progress and boost my confidence.
