Thoroughly enjoy my program. There is a clear path for the next steps and my personal development is the main consideration when being provided with work.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Learnt how to use software's such as: Revit, AutoCad, MathCad and Tekla. Greatly improved my proficiency in Microsoft applications like Powerpoint, Word and Excel.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
Program is extremely organised. Regular meetings take place in which I am asked if I am happy and what areas of work I would like to explore
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Receive more than enough support whenever it is required.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Training provider gives me the resources I need to complete and work relating to my qualifications.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
The training provider teaches me areas of civil engineer I was previously unaware of. This then enables me to work more proactively when tasked with problems relating to this in the work environment as I already have a basic understanding of the scenario.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
My company provides regular, subsidised work-social events. These are good because they breakdown potential barriers between colleagues and aid in the goal of collaborative working.
