Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I have learnt various skills since starting my apprenticeship, being able to work on real life projects means I am working with various skilled individuals and have a diverse workload allowing me to build on soft skills, project management skills and technical skills.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very structured - have university lectures every week alongside assignments (One day University day, 4 days working on projects).
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots of support from line manager, other apprentices and mentors/other individuals from the team
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
Have a skills coach who provides me with support in relation to my apprenticeship standards (Off the job training) - have monthly meetings with my skills coach and tri-partite reviews with skills coach and line manager. Furthermore, from the university have ability to email and book in in meetings with lecturers for support on assignments/modules.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
