Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
I work in Media Operations for Woodland Group. On a day-to-day basis, i look at the outturns, FCL's and the Operations side of the department. I also look at the admin, and making sure that the clients are billed/invoiced correctly and on time each week
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I enjoy my programme alot. I am given time to do my apprenticeship work as well as balance my real work. I also have a good work-life balance, meaning it is not too much for me to handle that i do not have any recreational time

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed many skills in my time here. For example, my communication skills have significantly gotten better since i have been working here. I have been trained extremely well, and as a result i have developed my problem-solving skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I receive support very regularly, and am always offered help if needed. I am always checked upon to see how i am progressing and if there is anything anyone can do to help me
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I am allowed time to revise, away from work and the support i get from the employer is amazing. I can safely say that i can do my work, revise and work towards my qualification all perfectly
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
The qualification gives me a better understanding of the work that i am doing. Th work is a catalyst for my qualification, as hand in hand they both help develop my skills
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, there are cricket and football events that happen at our work. People are joyous to get involved, and is a great way for different departments to connect
