Making Sure TIDP’s on the HS2 SharePoint are filled in correctly. Using Project wise to track documents that needs to be completed and updating HS2 document. Also overseeing the closure of Sublot 8 Risks that are no longer been used.
Managing and co-ordinating the delivery of technical design, models, and review of technical documents with a multidisciplinary team and interfaces for the client BBV. Identifying commercial design and programme risks using Microsoft Programme, and Task Information Delivery Plan (TIDP). Presenting and contributing to weekly meetings to both Internal and External Stakeholders on sub lot 8, and distribution of the weekly item tracker
