Normally I will help with working through the stock and making the store look very good. I will sometimes help with wastage, date checking, quality checking. Inventory and much more

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well. I get 8 hours per week for my theory learning and I can speak to my managers about any help I might need. The work is easily laid out and very easy to understand

Our store organises outings every so often. This is good as it builds relationship and gets us out of our houses
