Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I deal with administrative tasks and managing projects on a framework level. Sometimes I am required to travel to project sites and help with progress reporting. I ensure that the project team are completing their tasks and the project is running smoothly.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my apprenticeship very much. My team have supported my very well and I feel happy and comfortable.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt how to manage my time efficiently and how to assign and manage tasks carried out by other people. I have learnt how to use new systems used by the company . I have had opportunities to improve social skills and learn how to build a network.

My course is well handled by my company and the university side is clearly structured and well organised.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive lots of support from my employer with dedicated sessions and groups that can be accessed if support is needed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The university offer interactive sessions where questions can be freely asked if support is needed. The lecturers are easily contactable by email where they offer support outside of sessions too. Each student is assigned a skills coach to help keep everyone on track during the course.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The content from my course is directly applicable in my work so everything I learn is valuable to my job.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There is an abundance of groups and activities to get involved with including sports days, volunteering opportunities and wellbeing sessions.
