3/5
University modules don't always align with my job role
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
Yes, opportunities for learning and networking

Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Mott MacDonald to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Mott MacDonald is better than the previous engineering company I worked for in terms of working environment, support and culture. The university lets down the degree apprenticeship aspect of the programme, with last minute changes and course extensions without communicating with apprentices to mitigate impact.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Mott MacDonald?
Be keen to learn and curious about engineering
