We support clients in financial hardship. We offer household items, food and fuel. Also budgeting advise with a benefit check.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have enjoyed my program so far, its interesting to go into detail about the support we and others offer.

Yes I have increased my knowledge dealing with vulnerable clients, how best to support if they are in financial difficulties

Very well, I have all the support required and its been easy to follow.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

All the support I require. I can study without interruptions and my work load has been reduced to allow for study time. I have no complains only praise for my support.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Again all the support needed, my questions are answered and I have regular contact. No complains at all.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

This will help a great deal, I am in the early stages but I can already feel what I am learning I have used on my clients. Its giving me confidence to explore in greater detail.

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I live out of county so this would be limited for myself. This is something I have not explored. We do have wellbeing service and some support groups via teams which I have joined.
