My current role is working as part of the highways drainage team where I work on various projects, during this I use software's to help design assets for our clients.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme, my one draw back is the workload along side university but this is something I have got used to.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes I have learnt many new skills such as new software packages, I have improved my knowledge of the industry and its standards. I have also improved my ability to communicate with others and work as art of a team.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

my programme is structured really well and it is clear what is expected of me at each stage of my apprenticeship.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive plenty of support from my employer and it is something I am really happy with at the moment.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a good amount of support from my c=training provider, we have regular check ups t talk about y progress.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think by gaining the knowledge and experience at the same time is very beneficial as I notice how the theory can be applied to my everyday role.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

yes I get involved in our football sessions which is always fun, we also host socials every once in a while on a Friday.
