Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I did not have a background in finance prior to starting the apprenticeship. Everything was completely new to me but it was taught from the basics and I’ve learned a lot in terms of both financial/business knowledge and various skills including advanced excel and creating financial contracts.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
3/5
Communication from the learning provider could improve in terms of clarifying requirements such as end dates, logging in of the job training, timelines etc. However, the modules and learning material are well structured.

4/5
My manager is extremely supportive in terms of helping my learning, workloads, providing study time, allowing reasonable adjustments and checking in with me regularly. My employer supports flexible working which is very helpful.

Yes there are various extra curricular activities including social activities, an active apprentice community, youth network, sports, wellbeing events and staff networks such as those for neurodivergence, women etc.
