I receive unwavering support from my team and manager. I have quick regular check-ins with my manager, as well as the quarterly meetings to establish opportunities and goals.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
Quarterly check-ins with apprenticeship tutor, with line manager in attendance - one of which takes place in-person. Supportive tutors and staff who are willing to help.
There could be improved organisation and communication for some aspects of the training, including cover for absent lecturers - ensuring no training is missed out on.

Provided more confidence in my technical understanding. Also, improved my organisation and time-management skills.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

While I have recently stepped down from the role, I previously undertook the STEM / MiniBrum role where I organised and participated in activities aimed to promote Women in STEM and STEM careers and, in particular, careers at Mott MacDonald.
There are a large range of other roles to get involved in, including but not limited to:
-Early Careers Professionals (ECP's) - sustainability, university collaboration, STEM/MiniBrum, site visits...
-Sports and Social - organising office-wide events
