I manage 11 Operational Managers, I am the CQC Registered Manager for Norfolk First Support South which supports approx. 130 Service users with a practical assessment for reablement, maximising independence. I ensure we are supporting with person centred care.

The behaviours, knowledge and Skills I have learnt within the Chartered Management degree Apprentice gives me the confidence to lead my team, ensuring organisational values are adhered to. The Apprentice has given me an understanding of the budget and how best to maximise the service. I am able to demonstrate the theory behind decision making and running projects. I have a general understanding of employment law and business analytics.
