I work for Norfolk Fire & Rescue working with businesses to improve their fire safety.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Very information heavy but enjoyable

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I would not have the job I am in with out the apprenticeship.
I have learnt a lot about the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2006 and fire safety in general.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

All support I needed has been provided by Norfolk Fire & Rescue Service.
Currently I work under and along side a Senior Fire Inspector, who allows me to shadow all their audits and has created a development plan.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Training provider is good and will provide support when I need it.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I would not have the job I currently have with out the apprenticeship.
Once qualified, I will be a qualified inspector.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes. The Fire Service has many different extra-curricular activities such as sports clubs, running clubs, chiefs challenges etc
