Yes, I've learnt lots of new Business Analyst skills like requirements engineering, data modelling, benefits management. I've developed existing skills like stakeholder management, process modelling, environmental analysis

Very well structured and organised with the ability to work ahead, and revisit topics as required
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I haven't needed much support from my employer, but when I have it's been easy to access and responsive
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Support from the training provider is good and can be accessed in a number of ways which is useful. The course content is all available, plus supporting resources, and AI chat bot, a Community Hub, and of course direct access to coaches
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have been able to increase my impact in my role as a direct result of my apprenticeship. I have also been able to positively impact the ways of working within my team

Would you recommend Norfolk County Council to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Employer support during my apprenticeship has been as agreed at the initiation meeting. I have had flexibility to manage my own workload, and capacity for OTJ time as needed
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Norfolk County Council?
Ensure the line manager is fully aware of what it means to do an apprenticeship, the time needed for OTJ, and their involvement in reviews etc
