Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Creating new projects around data management, automation and AI, setting up, managing and running the projects, project closure. I also work closely with the leadership team to manage corporate communications within finance
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the programme - as the programme is based at my employer, but covers lots of different departments, it's great support from the cohort I study with, along with our tutor

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

During the apprenticeship, I've learnt a lot of new skills around formal project management, which have really upped my PM game

Training provider support is excellent - it's a great combination of teaching and coaching, and I can see how it's adapted for work at all levels
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification has really helped me improve my performance at work, and the chances to discuss our development with other apprentices really helps
