Excellent. All dates are in diary ahead of time and very well planned.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer is excellent with supporting me. They are very interested in my journey and regularly touch base to see how things are going.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training provider is very good. They are always on hand to answer questions and quick to respond to emails. Excellent support.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

This is an excellent course in relation to my role. I have been using the skills learned from the start. I feel that I can grow in my role with the added knowledge from the course.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

I don't tend to get involved in anything extra curricular at work as family life is so busy. However, I know they exist.

NCC has been a great employer for my 13 year here. The flexibility has allowed me to maintain my career whilst having a family and I feel a lot of job satisfaction with the role that I have.
