In all honesty, the qualification did not teach me anything useful that I didn't already learn through working with the company for over a year.

If you do feel passionate aboout the brand then it is a great place to work as the BBC does value the staff that values it.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BBC?
Get some sort of wrok experience in BBC or freelance beforehand - it is near impossible to get a job without it.
