As a Change Manager I'm responsible for evaluating and monitoring changes within Capgemini to ensure smooth transition of technical changes. I also offer advice and guidance on the Change Management process for new Change Requesters.

Very well organised, the mixture of classroom learning and solo learning has been a big help in my studies.

I have worked for many organisations that are big on values but Capgemini are the first organisation i have worked for that put their money where their mouth is and actually put these into practice.
