I've learned many new skills across production, including filming (audio and visual), interviewing, editing, and more.

We had training blocks rather than a weekly schedule. I think this worked well as it made training more fun and exciting, as we didn't have it all the time.

There is always constant support from my employer, and they always allow me time away from work to complete my training, assignments, and study days.
