To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I enjoy it very much. The work I do is very interesting and being able to learn on the job is great.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Yes, there is a massive amount of training available. I've learnt new programming languages, technologies and methods. For example, I am currently working using AWS, PowerShell and Python/JavaScript. All of these are either completely new skills, or improvements of existing skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
Very well structured. I was initially given training that is directly relevant to what I'm currently doing and now I have been put on a team where I am assisting in some of the work they are doing.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Any that I need.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
Any that I need.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
It was a good intro to what I'd be doing but a lot of the skills we learnt through the provider aren't directly being used at this point. Though I assume they will be as I progress
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
Yes, there are anchor days at the office to network with each other each month, a couple of teams to join like Golfing etc.
