Yes, many new skills and developed more, working within a team and not just within my own area of responsibility, taking more interest in other areas of our business and horizon scanning years ahead.

2/5
Being thirty years since my last bout of academia, it is hard to remember what it was like, it is well structured albeit a little disorganised with timings and week referencing differences.

The employer has been a massive support to me, I have been blown away by the support of my direct leader who has seen benefit in my Apprenticeship.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
Some modules better than others, some tutors better than others
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
It has had a massive impact, i would say calmer with a wider understanding of why Aldi do things the way they do, it has made me question more from my people as well as Aldi.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
1/5
No, Aldi are not really good at this, and to be honest we could do more as a peer group.
