Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
Team Coordination- working with platform, development and engineering teams to manage service and support the service of my current account SMARTY mobile - owned by Three uk in doing so I am researching the biggest issues for customers and planning solutions as well as gathering data for a release or fix.
Reporting: I am also responsible for monitoring weekly and monthly reports to ensure service is being delivered within best practice and feeding this back to the client.
Problem Solving: I am in charge of solving day to day issues with the account and delivering feedback to the client on these issues. E.G. dashboard misalignments/ payment processing issues.
