Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Learning & exploring the principles of being a data analyst. As well as learning how to use programs and languages used in a data analyst role. I usually have online sessions for 2 days in a row every 2 weeks. Additionally, I utilise data analysis on projects that I am a part of, to count towards my monthly hours required.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the format and online classes as they allow 1:1 help with any issues.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes I have learnt new softwares that i had not used before. Such as Power Automate. I have also developed my existing PowerBI skills by learning how to better present and layout dashboards.

Its well organised as it allows for the right balance of leaning / theory, and practical application.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive great support. I have regular progress meetings. I also am able to ask questions during the online sessions.

A lot, they monitor my progress along the way of working towards the qualifications, and give support and advice.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me to apply key aspects of data analysis, and hone in on how best to make the results of my work useful for others.
