after being with Vinci Building for just over 6 months now, i can confidently say they are an amazing company to work for. nothing is too much to ask and they make everyone feel included. the knowledge it allows you to gain with the team is like no other. they make you feel included even with being an apprentice they make sure your treated fairly and equal to everyone else. Vinci are always trying to push you to achieve more and put you in situations to thrive in your career to learn how each stage of construction works with endless opportunities!
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i enjoy and love what i do and work doesn't feel like a chore. something to look forward to which is exactly how i vision the perfect job

with only being here a few months i havent had time to try any of these but they do have activities and days out you can attend

they offer all round jobs in lots of different roles for different peoples interests

be yourself and remember that everyone's human so when applying there is never a right or wrong answer so try not to overthink it
