I work in a busy, fun team, there is often lots going on you can get involved in.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It has been fun to work with other apprentices on projects, but working within your team is great as you build relationship's with them, so you are able to help them and they can help you back when you need it.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

There is plenty of work/ revision to keep you busy with exams, completing the certificate and diploma is good too as you get a industry recognized qualification all while building on your knowledge.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots of support is given from Aon, such as study/ revision days, day before your exam purely for revision, as well as team members offering support when needed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

There is structured sessions/ lessons you can join for the individual modules, tutoring sessions if needed too.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The certificate level gave me lots of foundation knowledge to help towards my diploma and understanding the Insurance market. The diploma modules have given much more in depth knowledge relating to more specific types/ areas of insurance.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, there are sports teams you can join, such as, rugby, football, volleyball, Lloyds hockey and lots of run clubs. There is always an event on somewhere you can attend, there will also be opportunities for you to attend events with colleagues or within Aon.
