The Exams that the apprenticeship has supported me through have been a great help for my technical investment knowledge for the role.

Lots of socials like drinks and activities. Also sports - I play 5 a side with others from the office once a week.

Great company for developing as a junior. From what I know, they are better than many competitors when it comes to their early careers programs.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aon?
Be yourself - when applying for junior roles, Aon will look for people they want to work with and have good personality. You don't need to know everything before you join.
