My role at the time of the apprenticeship was managing a team of receptionist, day to day would be wellbeing, annual leave request, return to work, sharing new guidance or information, problem solving with the team and working with internal and external stakeholders.

Yes, I learned lots on self awareness and how to apply this, I am still developing my time management skills.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme was well structured and organised, we were given the dates of events well in advance which did allow me to manage my diary. I found the layout of the system to upload documents a little clunky and experienced a few difficulties when trying to complete some sections.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I recieved the support I required. The team were supportive, respondent and informative when I approached them.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I received the required amount of support, It was sometimes a little difficult to get a meeting booked in adhoc, but provider was always willing to help and fit in time where possible.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It played a huge part in development and confidence and helped me to secure a promotion
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We have volunteer days, we have team meetings in person and on teams, we also have charity fund raising events.

Why?
NHS Property Services, is inclusive and the opportunities in this business are fantastic. The support that is available is great and the understanding the business has of home / work balance is also a huge benefit in reducing the pressures of trying to manage it as a single parent.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NHS Property Services?
I would advise to show up as yourself, as a team is made up of people with different strengths and weaknesses
