I am responsible for the maintenance of the building and keep in touch with the customers daily to make sure that the buildings are safe and operational.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

At the beginning was not very easy for me to manage studying and work together but my tutor was very good, how to support me to complete my assignments and keeping me motivated to the course.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The structure of the programme was very well organised, the examples, the sessions, and the recommendations for the extra reading, and the videos were all very good tools to memorise what we learnt.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

100% Support. My manager, my colleagues who did the course with me, were all very supportive and made the journey much easier.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

They were very helpful, they gave me all the questions in advance to prepare myself with examples. The examples were very important for me as I would have felt lost without them.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Definitely, this qualification helped my confidence and my knowledge to learn how to work better with my colleagues and how all together can create a better work environment and succeed in what we are doing.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Unfortunately we dont have regular social activities or sports teams as we are all working from different areas but we do have roadshows, and different forums where we can meet with our colleagues.
